Dhishan Rajshekhar is a dynamic researcher, policy strategist, and entrepreneur focused on global governance and economic diplomacy. He holds an MSc in Management from Imperial College London, specializing in geopolitics and strategy, where he graduated with First Class Honours as a Dean’s Impact Scholar, receiving the Imperial Excellence Award and two scholarships. He previously earned a BA in Economics and Politics from Christ University, graduating at the top of his class.
Currently, Dhishan is a program mentor at the Office of MP Tejasvi Surya and mentors for the Ministry of Youth Affairs & Sports in India. He has conducted over 40 research projects for the Indian Parliament, influencing policy innovations in trade, climate resilience, and governance.
As an Adjunct Professor of Economics and Policy at Mount Carmel College in Bangalore, Dhishan has taught over 6,000 students and delivered lectures at more than 20 institutions, including Christ University and Bangalore University. An entrepreneur at heart, he founded The Tritium Crew to help global students secure placements at top universities and is a Perplexity Business Fellow. His work with organizations like UNESCO, Edelman, and The Peninsula Foundation has focused on sustainability, gender equality, and economic policy.
Recognized for his leadership, Dhishan has received awards such as the Best Alumni Award from Christ University and the Outstanding Leadership Award from the Office of the MP. With extensive consulting experience across 20+ startups, he is committed to leveraging research and strategic leadership to influence global policy effectively.
